POOL RESCUE CHAMPIONSHIPS COMPETITION COMMITTEEThe <strong>Pool</strong> <strong>Rescue</strong> <strong>Championships</strong> Competition Committee will direct all matters relating to the actualconduct of the competition. The <strong>Pool</strong> <strong>Rescue</strong> <strong>Championships</strong> Competition Committee may, in accordancewith the rules contained in the current Surf Sports Manual, any subsequent amending bulletins and thisCircular postpone, cancel and or alter any or all events at the <strong>Championships</strong>, and/or alter the venue of thecompetition.The <strong>Pool</strong> <strong>Rescue</strong> <strong>Championships</strong> Competition Committee may consult and seek advice from appropriateofficials, athletes and other personnel on surf conditions and safety issues when required.The <strong>Pool</strong> <strong>Rescue</strong> <strong>Championships</strong> Competition Committee shall appoint the various sub committees andpanels as required for the <strong>Championships</strong> (for example, Disciplinary Committee etc).ChairChampionship Event ManagerChampionship RefereeDeputy Championship RefereeSafety & Emergency Services CoordinatorMike Martin OAMHaley McMahonDon van KeimpemaDavid UngerMark Fife OAMSAFETY AND EMERGENCY COMMITTEEA Safety and Emergency Committee shall be appointed which must consider and advise the Referee andCompetition Committee on all matters relating to competition and non competition safety and emergencyservices.
