CHEM-WALL BLOCK FILLERLIMITATIONS & FOR BEST RESULTS : Do not thin this product. Do not apply when Humidity exceeds 70%indoors. Do not allow to puddle during application. Allow each coat to dry to ‘tack-free’ or clearprior to re-coat. When re-coating, always apply the next coatwithin 24 hours of completing the previouscoat. Do not apply this product heavier / thicker thanthe recommended spread rate / mil thickness.PRODUCT APPLICATION :Apply using brush, roller and squeegee. ROCK-TRED product test data is based on environmentaltemperatures of 75 0 F (24 0 C). Viscosity andworking time are always affected by temperaturesabove or below that mark. When applying product– always consider the ambient, surface, andproduct temperature at the time and place ofinstallation.COLOR AND TEXTURES :CHEM-WALL BLOCK FILLER is available in offwhitefrom the factory. It can be tinted using RTEColorants to ‘move’ the base coat color to a desiredcolor. Most ROCK-TRED products are available ina wide range of textures using an appropriateaggregate.CHEMICAL RESISTANCE :Always refer to ROCK-TRED’s chemical resistantchart for specific information on each product /system or contact ROCK-TRED directly.PRODUCT STORAGE :DO NOT allow ROCK-TRED products to freeze. AllROCK-TRED products should be properly storedabove the floor on pallets or shelves, and in anarea that has a constant minimum temperature of50 0 F (10 0 C).SURFACE PREPARTION : Always apply ROCK-TRED products to a ‘clean / sound’ substrate that isfree of laitance, grease, oils, debris, and curingcompounds. Concrete substrates should be curedfor a minimum of 28 days prior to application ofproduct [except as otherwise noted on theindividual Product Data Sheet]. Wheneverpossible, remove existing coatings completely; ifcomplete removal is unavoidable always performtests to determine adhesion and compatibility to theexisting substrate. If the substrate is not properlyprepared and the appropriate profile is notachieved, failure of the product to adhere to thesubstrate may occur.CLEAN UP :Application tools and equipment can be cleanedwith soap and water immediately after use, or withsolvent once the product has begun to cure.DISPOSAL :Product containers will contain product residue andmust be disposed of properly. Label warningsmust be observed at all times. In no event shall the liability ofROCK-TRED exceed the purchase price of shipped merchandise. Claims must be in writing. Claims after 30 days are void.
