APPLICATION FOR PARADE PERMITAn application for a parade permit shall be filed with the City Clerk not less than three ( 3)working days prior to the proposed parade date.If the parade is to be sponsored by, or on behalf of any person other than the applicant, theapplicant for such permit shall file with the application, a written authorization from the personproposing to hold the parade authorizing the applicant to apply for the permit on his or her behalf.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
