The conference will be held at the Savannah MarriottRiverfront Hotel, Savannah, GA, September 16th through 18, 2012. Exhibit fees are $500 for exhibit hall space. This is for abooth and one representative. Professional fees without a booth are $250.00. The fee is for Architects, CPA’s andConsultants. Additional booth workers, representatives or spouse fee is $150.00. Tickets to all functions are included in theregistration fee.Upon receipt of your reservation form, you will receive correspondence from Veal Convention Services concerning boothsize and other specific information. Electricity, direct phone lines, special equipments, etc. for booths will be handleddirectly with the hotel. A form will be provided. Cost is NOT included in the reservation fee.HAZARDOUS DEMONSTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA. SUCH ASCHEMICALS AND FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.POWER EQUIPMENT MUST BE PUSHED INTO EXHIBIT AREA - NOT DRIVEN. ALL GASOLINEPOWERED EQUIPMENT MUST BE DRAINED OF FUEL BEFORE ENTERING THE EXHIBIT AREA. ONCEEQUIPMENT IS IN PLACE, A PROTECTIVE COVERING SHOULD BE PLACED UNDERNEATH.If you desire exhibitor’s space, please notify the undersigned NLT August 31, 2012. Registration received after that date willnot guarantee your company’s name in the program. Your check or credit card info must accompany the registrationrequest. Make check payable to Georgia Association of Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (GAHRA), and mail toGAHRA P.O. Box 386, Sylvester, GA 31791. The names of all representatives must be included on the attached request tobe included on the program. We have space for only 51 booths, so register as soon as possible, to ensure you will get abooth.Many exhibitors and friends of the Association donate door prizes to be given away during the Exhibitor’s Reception,Sunday and Monday evening. This year we plan to give the gifts at your booth, so we can draw the attention to your area,during the drawing. Please fill in the space on the Exhibitor Reservation and Contract form if you wish to donate an item as adoor prize.Exhibitors wishing to ship items to be exhibited must ship in time to be delivered to the hotel.
