Introduction<br />

As the <strong>Class</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>2012</strong> prepares to enter the pr<strong>of</strong>ession many <strong>of</strong> them have<br />

already performed in a range <strong>of</strong> pr<strong>of</strong>essional contexts.<br />

As part <strong>of</strong> their studies they have been involved in individual pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />

engagements, workshops, collaborations or co-productions with the<br />

following companies and organisations:<br />

National Theatre <strong>of</strong> <strong>Scotland</strong> / Citizens Theatre, Glasgow / Òran Mór, Glasgow /<br />

Tron Theatre, Glasgow / The Arches Theatre, Glasgow / Traverse Theatre,<br />

Edinburgh / York Theatre <strong>Royal</strong> / The National Theatre, London /<br />

The Comedy Theatre, London / The <strong>Royal</strong> Shakespeare Company / ITV /<br />

BBC / Scottish Television / Imaginate Festival.<br />

Last Autumn they performed Liz Lochhead’s Dracula and Medea and at<br />

Christmas the <strong>Conservatoire</strong>’s highly regarded family pantomime, Aladdin<br />

by Alan McHugh.<br />

From the 31st May to the 2nd <strong>of</strong> June you will be able to see the students in<br />

either Reginald Rose’s 12 Angry Men or Motherland by Steve Gilroy at the<br />

Tron Theatre, Glasgow.<br />
