with refer to Reach Regulation we inform You that S.A.M.A.C. SRL:
3) supplies EEC products considered articles which do no release substances, and therefore are not subject to the
obligation of Pre-Registration and Registration nor to the obligation of drawing up or modification of safety data sheets,
4) supplies also EXTRA EEC products considered articles which do not release substances. For these articles
S.A.M.A.C. SRL asked its suppliers to guarantee the supply of articles not containing substances of very high concern
(SVHC). Furthermore, S.A.M.A.C. SRL is going to carry out periodically the necessary tests in order to exclude the
presence of substances of very high concern.
From the responses we got until now we can assure that S.A.M.A.C. articles don’t contain substances of very high
concern (SVHC).
S.A.M.A.C. SRL commits itself to inform immediately its customers in case the presence of the above mentioned
substances is detected.
S.A.M.A.C. SRL finally confirms its attention and commitment to comply immediately to the evolution of REACH.
