He was Assistant Director onthe RSC multi-award-winning Histories.Recent work includes his production ofMathematics of the Heart (Best New PlayAward) at Brighton Festival, which opensat Theatre503 in spring 2012, and Pinter’sBetrayal at Theatro Dell'Orologio, Rome.One of the greatest novels of all time,Dostoevsky’s The Brothers Karamazovis a story of family turmoil, filial and sexuallove, religious and revolutionary strife andguilt, played out against the backdropof a Russia on the threshold of a new era.This new dramatisation has beenspecially commissioned from awardwinningplaywright Melissa Murray, whopreviously wrote an acclaimed adaptationfor BBC Radio.Fyodor Dostoevsky (1821-1881) wasa Russian novelist, journalist and writerof short stories. His literary works areoften an exploration of human natureand psychology. His novels include PoorFolk, The House of the Dead, Notes fromthe Underground, Crime and Punishment,The Idiot and Devils.Sue Dunderdale is a freelance director,writer and Head of MA Courses at RADA.Previous directing credits include Beasts(with Head for Heights at Theatre 503);Wuthering Heights, Mrs Pat (York TheatreRoyal); Bottle Universe (Bush Theatre); ColdHands (Theatre 503); Paradise Bound, TheWay Home (Liverpool Everyman).
