� The designs of Correctional Centres were focused on security and
do not complement health care delivery for patients, resulting in
inadequate primary health care clinics and in-patient facilities that
are not up to standard regarding the equipment, in-patient facilities
and isolation cells. In some areas, cells and offices have been
converted into primary health care clinics.
