Manuscripts notprepared as per below mentioned specifications may be returned to the author(s) and may experiencesignificant delays in review and time to publication.Soft copy of the manuscript should be received to the Editor IJEBMS along with a cover letter.Manuscripts should be prepared in English using a MS-Word program and saved as a .doc.General Rules:Paper length should between 3500-6500 words.The following rules should be followed for the text, including abstract, keywords, heading and references.Front: Times New Roman; Size: 10Paragraph Spacing: Above paragraph – 0 pt; Below paragraph – 4 ptLine Spacing: fixed – 12 ptHeading 1: Times New Roman; Size-10; Bold; for example, 1. It should include:Title of the Article:The title should be concise and informative.Author’s names and affiliations:Please indicate the given first name and last name clearly and mention the first letter of middle name(s).Mention present authors' affiliation below the names. Indicate all affiliations with superscript letterimmediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postaladdress of each affiliation, including the country name, the e-mail address, and telephone number of eachauthor.Corresponding author:Clearly indicate who is willing to handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing, publication and alsopost-publication. Ensure that telephone numbers (with country and area code) are provided in addition tothe e-mail address and the complete postal address.Sponsoring information:If the research is sponsored or supported by an <strong>org</strong>anization, please indicate it.Manuscript Specifications:Abstract:All manuscripts should contain a well-summarized abstract of 200-250 words. The abstract should clearlydemonstrate the purpose, methodology, findings, research limitations, practical implications andoriginality.Keywords:Maximum of 6 keywords should be provide after the abstract. Findings and Discussion5. Conclusion6. Acknowledgements7. References8. Figure(s)9. Table(s)Subdivision of the article:Divide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1., 2.,(then 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2), 1.2, etc. (the abstract is not included in section numbering). Use this numberingalso for internal cross-referencing: do not just refer to 'the text.' Any subsection, ideally, should not bemore than 600 words. Authors are urged to write as concisely as possible, but not at the expense ofclarity.Figure legends, figures, schemes:Present these, in this order, at the end of the article. They are described in more detail below. Highresolutiongraphics files must always be provided separate from the main text file.Tables:Present tables, at the end of the article. Number tables consecutively in accordance with theirappearance in the text. Place description to tables below the table body. Avoid vertical rules. Be sparingin the use of tables and ensure that the data presented in tables do not duplicate results describedelsewhere in the article.Formula:The text size of formula should be similar with normal text size.References:Responsibility for the accuracy of bibliographic citations lies entirely with the authors.Citation Style:APA citation style should be followed for referencing according to the publication manual of the AmericanPsychological Association APA, 2010, 6 th edition. Please ensure that every reference cited in the text isalso present in the reference list (and vice versa). Avoid citation in the abstract. Unpublished results andpersonal communications should not be in the reference list, but may be mentioned in the text.
