14.2. Sporting just cause will be established on a case-by-case basis bythe Dispute Resolution Chamber in the interests of fairness andequity having regard to all relevant factors including14.2.1. injury,14.2.2. suspension,14.2.3. the player’s field position,14.2.4. the player’s age, and14.2.5. the number of matches in which the player played for theclub in the previous season;14.3. Any dispute over sporting just cause shall be considered by theDispute Resolution Chamber on an urgent basis as contemplatedby Regulation 13.12 above, so that the dispute can finally beresolved before expiry of the registration period contemplated inRegulation 4.5.1.14.4. If the Dispute Resolution Chamber holds that a player is entitled tobe released from his/her contract for sporting just cause it shallsimultaneously determine whether a transfer fee or compensationis payable in terms of these regulations and, if so to which clubsand in what amount.15. MAINTENANCE OF CONTRACTUAL STABILITY15.1. It shall be misconduct for a player to repudiate his/her contract ofemployment without sporting just cause and to sign a contract ofemployment with another club94
