Contractor is to include an allowance of $5,000.00 in bid. Allowance is to be used for changes in scoperesulting from unforeseen conditions at the site. Allowance can only be used with written approval byArchitect and Owner. Any unused allowance must be returned to the Owner.Bids shall not be modified, withdrawn or canceled, without the Owner's written consent, for a period ofsixty (60) calendar days commencing from the day bids are received.The successful bidder(s) must submit his Federal Identification Number to the Purchasing Department atthe time he signs the contract.
