Our goal is to offer dental plans that apply discounted fees to a broadrange of dental services, while allowing you to choose your dentist every time youreceive dental care.Participating dentists have agreed to accept discounted fees as full payment for coveredservices. You are still responsible to pay your deductible and coinsurance. But, yourout-of-pocket expenses should be lower when you use a Participating Dentist.Lincoln Financial Group has made reasonable efforts to assure that the list ofparticipating dentists is accurate and up-to-date. However, a dentist's participationstatus may change. It is your responsibility to verify network participation when youmake an appointment and visit your dentist. Benefits will be based on the dentist'sparticipation status on the date services are received.Including a dental specialty or dentist's name in the directory does not imply thatbenefits for certain services are provided by your group policy.
