Abstract:Historically, all types of libraries have faced pressure to demonstrate their worth. It was written by the authors after conducting in-depthresearch, analysis, and discussions. It distills contemporary research <strong>for</strong> the transportation community. A survey wasconducted to gather primary in<strong>for</strong>mation and supplement our findings while ROI calculator options were developed.Real world lessons were requested from practicing librarians. The team found that communicating value is mostaccurately addressed by individual libraries.
