The facility(photo right) is made up of an indoor chamber, an outdoor chamber, and acomputerized control room. The environmental chamber’s indoor and outdoorconditions are maintained automatically with a laboratory grade dataacquisition and control system. Full automation allows complete flexibility forparametric testing. The control room houses a data acquisition and controlsystem and is responsible for monitoring instrumentation output, controllingpsychrometric chamber temperature and humidity conditions, and controllingcompressor, indoor fan, and outdoor fan speeds.Fee Schedule:Facility use is negotiated on a per-proposal basis.199
