It’s part of who we are – it’s ourcompetitive nature. It’s true that we’re a competitive company, and there are alwayscompanies competing with us. We’re successful not because we’re competing with them.We’re successful because we constantly challenge ourselves to be the best we can be, andthe best developer in the region.Simply stated, we’re competitive in the marketplace when we offer the best properties forour purchasers and the best opportunity for our business agents. But in the end our onlyreal competition is with ourselves. Think about the sales of over 3000 units of propertieslast year. Who are we competing against? Not just the other developers in the market. Wecompete against the clock, and the height of the bar. Essentially we’re competing againstourselves.It’s the same for all of us in the entire organization. It’s up to us to continuously improve andgain an even greater share of the market. We need to set our own bar high and competewith ourselves to reach our goals.
