VCC FINANCING STATEMENT (VCC-I)'Electronic Filing'To become a Secured Party Creditor, you must complete a primary VCC-l Financing Statement, andone or more secondary 'Informational Filings' (see notes below). If you have a credit or debit card andinternet access, we strongly suggest that you complete your initial (primary) filing electronically withthe state of Washington at http://www.dol.wa.gov/unfduccforms.htm. There are several advantagesto doing so: 1) as of this printing, Washington is the easiest state to file into and takes about 30minutes. 2) they will accept filings from anywhere. 3) Some states, such as Oregon, are refusing VCC-1 filings. 4) you get your filing number (required in the CHARGEBACK process) at the close of yourtransaction. If you file by mail, you may wait up to two weeks or more. The cost for ELECTRONICFiling is $10.00 and can ONLY be paid for by credit card.Notes:1.
