FMB80 RDS EncoderThe FMB80 is fully compliant with the RDS/RBDS standards,supports all groups and features of the standards and offersTCP/IP connectivity.The FMB80 has separate FIFO and cyclical buffers for eachtype of group for efficient message handling. The FMB80 maybe controlled through an embedded web server accessiblethrough a 10BaseT Ethernet port on the unit.Our best-selling RDS encoder, the FMB80 is feature-rich:SCROLLING PS:Scrolling PS enables you to scroll dynamic messages (songtitles, artist information and much more) and mix thesemessages with the static PS name or call letters.LABELLING:Song titles and artist information coming from the automationsoftware can now be automatically framed with text stored inthe encoder. The text can be customized and configured throughembedded web pages in the FMB80. Note that the FMB80 cannow manage a large number of commands such as the musicgenre, the type of program or even contact information for theradio station.COMMAND INTERPRETER:The FMB80 can be configured to interpret whatever labels andcommands are coming from the automation software.
