2WORKING CONDITIONS1. Majority of time indoors in a gym, office or classroom environment with minimal exposure to temperaturechanges, noise, dust or chemicals. Could involve minimal outdoor time.2. Ability to demonstrate and clearly explain cheer skills to student athletes.2. Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, often changing environment.3. Able to physically spot squad members safely.CREATIVE AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS1. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oralor diagram form.2. Ability to devise or modify methods or processes to solve specific problems.3. Ability to determine when the problem is beyond the scope of the position and hand it off to theappropriate individual.LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS1. Effective telephone communication skills, including ability to obtain and provide informationverbally.2. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people, including students and the generalpublic.3.
