2. <strong>Mature</strong>@eu learning outcomes and the <strong>EQF</strong> descriptorsAs already mentioned above, the tools available on the mature@eu learning platform shallenable learners to modify already existing HRD tools in order to achieve age diversityorientation. Dealing with these tools could be understood as participating in various parts ofa work process typical for specific HRD professions. This delivers the interface to the <strong>EQF</strong>descriptors. 5 : Knowledge, skills, and competence are described as work-related categories;nearly all descriptions of these terms provided in the official <strong>EQF</strong> document refer to “a workor study”. 6The mature@eu learning platform offers the possibility to participate in courses structured bylearning units related to three modules.
