You may well be ableto fix a complicated issue on a vehicle but if you fail to keep thecustomer informed on the progress of the repair, it’s very likely thatthey will drive away unhappy with their experience. And if you don’ttell your customers about all the work you have done on their car,how will they ever know how good you are at your profession.Good communication is simple It’s about keepingyour customers in the loop.
