Contribute <strong>to</strong> ensuring safeguarding checks are maintained within policyrequirements.2. Supporting and contributing <strong>to</strong> organisational wide activities <strong>to</strong> meet statu<strong>to</strong>ryand professional responsibilities with regard <strong>to</strong> safeguarding children.Service Effectiveness Including Information Management3. Prepare correspondence for internal/external stakeholders as appropriate.4. Ensure payroll and pension requirements are recorded, progressed andquality assured.5. Ensure data held within the computerised <strong>HR</strong> and Payroll and records systemis accurate.6. Maintain electronic and manual filing systems (including updatingspreadsheets and <strong>HR</strong> databases).Support <strong>to</strong> Achieve Effective Service Delivery7. Effectively undertake recruitment and selection processes ensuringcampaigns are delivered in a timely and effective way with high levels ofquality assurance in recording and production of recruitment packs.8. Assist with the maintenance and quality assurance of absence recording,support <strong>to</strong> <strong>HR</strong> Business Partners and accuracy of payroll records.9. Provide first line of advice for <strong>HR</strong> transactional queries and correspondence,in accordance with policy and legislative requirements, e.g. contract variations,special leave requests etc.10. Contribute <strong>to</strong> the continuing development of <strong>HR</strong> transactional servicesensuring ongoing efficiencies and effectivenessEngagement & Partnership Working11.
