The heat exchanger surfacehas a decisive advantage comparedto conventional heating surfaces.Switches off when no heat isrequiredMost heating boilers have to beoperated throughout the year at aconstant base temperature – duringthe transitional months and even inthe summer, when the heating boileris only used for domestic hot waterheating. This is not the case with theVitola 200. Thanks to the biferral heatexchanger surface, specificallydesigned for modulating boiler watertemperatures without low limit, theboiler water temperature can beadjusted automatically to outsidetemperatures. Italso stands for the new Vitocell tankseries, providing the right solutionfor every need – from 42 to 120USG/160 to 450 liters, with single ordual heat exchanger coils, for tankplacement below or beside (page 6)the heating boiler.Vitocell 100The Vitocell 100 domestic hot waterstorage tanks with Ceraprotect twocoatenamel finish meet all demandsfor comfortable, economicaldomestic hot water heating and takea leading position in the market forenameled domestic hot waterstorage tanks combined with a hotwater heating boiler. The Ceraprotecttwo-coat enamel finish, together witha consumable anode, protects thetank against corrosion.Vitocell 300The Vitocell 300 domestic hot waterstorage tanks made of corrosionresistanthigh-alloy stainless steelsatisfy the most stringent hygienicrequirements and expectations.Stainless steel is a material which isused for its outstanding hygienicproperties in kitchens, laboratories,hospitals and in the food processingindustry. They allow easycontrol of the heating system fromyour living area.PlatformAccessoriesAll Vitola 200 boilers have a commonbase chassis (Fig. 2). This simplifiesthe installation, operation,maintenance and serviceconsiderably.BurnersAll Viessmann burners (Fig. 3) arefactory tested at operatingtemperature and are adjusted to therated boiler input.The Divicon mixing valve station(Fig. 6) comes completely assembledand can be easily installed.A safety header (Fig. 7) with pressurerelief valve, pressure gage and airvent including molded insulationshells, completes the accessorypackage.89
