Qualifications requiredQualifications or sufficient experience in the following:• Health & Safety procedures and policies of Heeley City Farm• Basic Hygiene certificate (additional qualifications desirable)• Catering including diet and nutrition• Child protection and the protection of vulnerable adults10. Personal qualities requiredA supportive nature towards staff and volunteers and an ability to lead by example inthe day to day work of running a busy café.
