RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMIN ASSISTANT IRREGULARITIESSpecific responsibilities of the Adm<strong>in</strong> Assistant <strong>for</strong> Irregularities are to ensure:(i) to <strong>in</strong>vestigate all irregularities <strong>co</strong>mmitted by both officials and learners referred to them(ii) to sort out all adm<strong>in</strong>istrative irregularities immediately,(iii) to <strong>in</strong>vestigate other cases at the Mark<strong>in</strong>g Centre and try to resolve them speedily byliais<strong>in</strong>g with the Prov<strong>in</strong>cial and District Offices and even pr<strong>in</strong>cipals to get moreclarity on such cases,(iv) to <strong>co</strong>mplete a <strong>co</strong>mprehensive report of all the irregularities identified <strong>in</strong> the Mark<strong>in</strong>gCentre and the action re<strong>co</strong>mmended thereof,RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMIN ASSISTANT CONTROL ROOM1. The specific responsibilities of the Adm<strong>in</strong> Assistant Control Room are to ensure:(i) to ac<strong>co</strong>unt <strong>for</strong> every mark sheet on the <strong>co</strong>ntrol list that is dispatched out of the <strong>co</strong>ntrol room to themark<strong>in</strong>g venues and received back aga<strong>in</strong>(ii) to re<strong>co</strong>ncile the number of scripts <strong>in</strong> the batch with the total on the mark sheet whenscripts are returned from the mark<strong>in</strong>g venues,(iii) to ensure that a Form B register is kept,(iv) to make two <strong>co</strong>pies of every mark sheet, one to be packed with the scripts and theother one <strong>for</strong> the Depot,(v) to <strong>co</strong>ntrol pack<strong>in</strong>g of white b<strong>in</strong>s <strong>for</strong> storage at the Depot by ensur<strong>in</strong>g that the<strong>in</strong><strong>for</strong>mation on the labels is <strong>co</strong>rrect(vi) to keep re<strong>co</strong>rd of every white b<strong>in</strong> that is leav<strong>in</strong>g the <strong>co</strong>ntrol room <strong>for</strong> the Depot.RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMIN ASSISTANT HOSPITALITY AND CLAIMS1.
