The hours of the event are as follows: Friday, October 4, 2013 – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday October 5, 2013 – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2013 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.Exhibit Setup/Removal Information: <strong>Exhibitor</strong>s can set up their booths beginning on Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, between the hours of 7 to 9 a.m. All booths must be cleared of content by Sunday, Oct.6, 2013 at 2 p.m. When cleaning up after the event, be sure to leave the space exactly as you found it.


Wings and Wildflowers Festival<strong>Exhibitor</strong>/<strong>Food</strong> <strong>Vendor</strong> <strong>Registration</strong> <strong>Form</strong>Additional Information:No parking will be permitted behind, or beside, your exhibitor space.Cancellations or refunds will not be permitted or accepted after Friday, August 9, 2013 at 5 p.m.Exhibit/<strong>Food</strong> <strong>Vendor</strong> spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, and will be assigned for you. Nochanges in location will be permitted.<strong>Food</strong> vendors must have proper permits for food distribution issued by The State of Florida’s Departmentof Business Regulations, Division of Hotels and Restaurants. For questions, call them at 800-375-6975.No amplifying devices will be allowed (radios, microphones, etc.).Goods on display are the responsibility of the exhibitor/food vendor. Exhibits should not be left unattended.<strong>Exhibitor</strong>s/<strong>Food</strong> <strong>Vendor</strong>s will keep spaces attended and open for business during Festival hours. Early‘pack up’ will not be permitted.<strong>Lake</strong> <strong>County</strong> is not responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibitor property or any other personcaused by theft, fire, riot, strikes, acts of God or other causes of whatever nature or kind.<strong>Exhibitor</strong>’s Property & Liability:<strong>Lake</strong> <strong>County</strong> is not responsible for any exhibitor's property at the Wings and Wildflowers Festival or otherwise.The fair is not responsible for any liability arising out of the negligent acts of exhibitors or their employees or forany injuries sustained by employees of and/or exhibitors. <strong>Exhibitor</strong>s should obtain adequate property, liability, andworker's compensation insurance to cover their property and liability. In the event the fair is sued for any negligentacts of an exhibitor or his/her employees, the <strong>County</strong>'s insurance company will subrogate against a said exhibitorfor the full amount of any loss paid.<strong>Exhibitor</strong> and food vendor rental fees must be received no later than Friday, Aug. 2 at 5 p.m. If paying by check,make the check payable to “<strong>Lake</strong> <strong>County</strong> BCC”, and either deliver or mail it to: <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>County</strong> BCC, 315 W.
