6 (12)Version 1.53.3 Creating your PDF invoiceUse your current billing system or word processor software to generate your invoices in PDF format. Ifyour current system is not capable of producing PDF invoices, you need to have a PDF creationprogram. Any PDF creation program will work, please refer to your own programs user guide if you havetrouble creating a PDF file. However, please note that the PDF version you provide to the Baswareservice is version 1.4 or newer.The invoice should be created by using a computer program and the invoices should always begenerated by using the same template. Invoices sent with the service cannot be scanned or otherwisehandmade.In this example we will demonstrate how to create a PDF file using CutePDF, a free PDF writingprogram.If you wish to use CutePDF, please refer to download and installation instruction on the CutePDF officialsite: http://www.cutepdf.com/Now, take the following actions:• Access the invoice in your invoice software• The first thing to do is to access the invoice so you can print it to a selected printer.• Create your PDF invoice using the PDF writer• Print the invoice (normally, this can be done by selecting Print under the File menu or pressingCTRL-P).In the printing window, select the CutePDF printer or your own PDF writing printer.Basware Corporation | Linnoitustie 2, Cello, P.O.
