Replacement instructionsVoyager Road LightBulb AccessRear Indicator lamps and/or Reverselamps - Replacing:Bulb access is from rear of lamp. The lamp is retained into the rear panel via aspring clip located at the bottom of the lampbody. To release the lamp:Carefully insert a large flat bladed screwdriverbetween the top of the lamp body and theplastic of the rear panel.Using a lever action push the lamp body downagainst the spring clip.Once the spring clip is compressed sufficiently, the top of the lamp body can be withdrawnfrom the rear panel – with the top of the lampwithdrawn the remainder of the lamp will follow. At the rear of the lamp, a two part metal clipholds the bulb holder in place. To release this:Insert a flat bladed screwdriver between therear of the lamp body and the curved section ofthe two part clip, and use a lever action to disengagethe clip from the rear of the lamp body.Continue to move the curved section of theclip away from the lamp body, and the secondstraight part will lift away from the back of thebulb holder. The bulb holder can now be withdrawn from thelamp body.Bulbs are a bayonet fitting – apply slightpressure on bulb towards the bulb holder, andtwist to release.Re-position the bulb holder into the lamp bodyand re-engage the two part clip.Place the lamp body back into the aperturewith the spring clip in position against theedge of that aperture. Using a downward forcecompress the spring clip until the top edgeof the lamp body can also be pushed into theaperture.Stop & Tail lamps - ReplacingThe procedure for these lamps is as for theindicator or reverse lamps. In addition care is needed when fitting thereplacement bulb, that the orientation of thebulb is correct. A simple check is that the lampwhen operating as a brake light should bebrighter than when operating as a tail lamp, thischeck can be undertaken before the lamp bodyis re-fitted into the rear panel. It is wise to avoid dis-connecting the bulb holderfrom the harness, as incorrect re-connection cancause the brake / tail operation of the bulb to bereversed, an/or cause an bulb warning light toilluminate on the Fiat dashboard.Rear fog lightsBulb access is from rear of lamp. The light fitting can be accessed fromunderneath the rear of the vehicle. At the rear of the lamp, twist the bulb holderrelative to the lamp body to release, andwithdraw the bulb holder and bulb. Please note: The visible rubber terminal cover isnot fixed to the bulb holder, and it may be easierto grip the bulb holder with this removed.Bulbs are a bayonet fitting – apply slightpressure on bulb towards light fitting, and twistto releaseRe-position the bulb holder into the lamp andtwist to lock in place14
