His father was my law partner, a devout Christian, standing high in his profession ; his mother oneof God's saints. He came into the office looking forhis father, who had gone out for a short while tomeet an engagement. He shook hands with me in hisfriendly way and I asked him to have a seat and tellme about himself."How do you like the university,Harold?"asked him.
