<strong>Project</strong> Partner:<strong>Cyprus</strong> Turkish Chamber of Industry (CTCI)<strong>Cyprus</strong> Turkish Chamber of Industry (CTCI), established in 1977 as a non-governmentalorganization, still works to assist the development of the <strong>Cyprus</strong> Turkish <strong>Industrial</strong>Establishments, to expand the field of their activities and to increase their efficiency.Vision: To be an efficient and a pioneer Chamber which is integrated with the world focusedon member - satisfaction and effective in determining the social, economic and particularlyindustrial policies of the country.Mission:• To provide the members with services in order to enable them to produce consumerfocused goods and services within world standards,• To contribute to the policies and organizations supporting the development of theindustrial sector,• To enhance the cooperation with the external and internal shareholders,• To contribute to the establishment of the consciousness with regards to thecontribution of the production of goods and services to GSHM and the developmentof the competitive power of production industry.The <strong>Project</strong>: <strong>Organized</strong> <strong>Industrial</strong> lones (all) are regulated and run by the government inTurkish Republic of <strong>North</strong>ern <strong>Cyprus</strong> which has left many industrial companies facing hugeproblems which are not met properly. Moreover the existing all's infrastructure andorganization is not suitable for big and existing high capacity investments. There is anincreasing demand for bigger investment areas in <strong>North</strong>ern <strong>Cyprus</strong> where many investorshave left the country without an investment due to the difficulty in placing the investors.<strong>Great</strong> <strong>Organized</strong> <strong>Industrial</strong> lone (Gall) <strong>Project</strong> is project that will be a one-stop place forinvestors who seek to make industrial investment or a place for the existing industrialcompanies who need to place their investment in a proper place in <strong>North</strong>ern <strong>Cyprus</strong>.The area of the Gall will be provided by the government to CTCI. CTCIwill form a company(Gall Company) which will form a control authority of Gall by establishing a board ofdirectors from the investors in Gall and CTCI. Gall Company will be responsible for theinfrastructure, land allocation municipality and other services in Gall. Investing companiesare responsible for completing the building construction on their own plot under theregulation of Gall Company.<strong>Project</strong>'sBudget:(Annex 1)2
