<strong>Kenner</strong> <strong>Parks</strong> & <strong>Recreation</strong> 32010 Leisure Service Fall ProgramsDance – Ages 3 & upClasses are <strong>of</strong>fered in ballet, lyrical, tap and jazz. Classes are held once a week beginning <strong>the</strong> week <strong>of</strong> September13 at <strong>the</strong> Fassbender Dance Studio. Students will be placed according to age, years <strong>of</strong> dance and ability. The danceprogram will end in June 2011 with <strong>the</strong> annual dance revue. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis; however, <strong>Kenner</strong>residents take precedence over non-<strong>Kenner</strong> residents. Fees arerequired when you register. Eligibility Age: The child must meet <strong>the</strong> age requirementsbefore <strong>the</strong> start date <strong>of</strong> each class. Adultprograms are available to anyone (16) and over.14. ALL CHILDREN must provide pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> age uponregistration. An original birth certificate will be<strong>the</strong> only form <strong>of</strong> acceptable age documentation. Acopy <strong>of</strong> participants’ birth certificate will be made byK.P.R.D. staff only and will be kept on file in <strong>the</strong> LeisureService <strong>of</strong>fice. (Exception: Any program that is lessthan 16 weeks)15. Refund Policy: If a class is cancelled by <strong>the</strong> LeisureService Division, a full refund will be made. NO refundsonce a class has begun. If a refund is requested andapproved, a 10% service charge <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> class fee willbe deducted. All refunds will be in <strong>the</strong> form <strong>of</strong> a checkand will be processed within TEN WORKING DAYS. NOCASH REFUNDS.17. NSF Check Policy: There will be a $25.00 chargefor all checks returned NSF. The NSF check fee <strong>of</strong> $25.00plus <strong>the</strong> class registration fee must be paid with aCASHIERS/CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY,and within (3) three days <strong>of</strong> notification or before<strong>the</strong> next class students attends, whichever comesfirst. Student will not be permitted to participatein class until <strong>the</strong> matter is resolved. When thisproblem is properly concluded, student may resumeparticipation in class.18.
