In case, any successful candidate, who does notsubmit the duly filled up Form with other copies of documents by the date fixed, thenthe said candidate will be treated to be unwilling to join the post and in his / her placethe next Wait Listed candidate in order of merit will be offered the opportunity tojoin the post subject to fulfillment of the requisite criteria. It is hereby made clearthat in such event, any prayer of the candidate treated to be unwilling to join the postfor the above reason, for reconsidering his / her candidature as successful candidatewill not be entertained.VIII. The date(s) & place for undergoing Medical Fitness Examination of the candidateswill be notified shortly.IX. The candidates whose names appear in the Final Panels shall not have any right toclaim the post merely on the ground that their names have been published in thecategory of successful candidates. The District Recruitment Committee,Murshidabad, as well as the Appointing Authority reserves the right to de-list thename of any candidate from the Final Panel(s), if it is subsequently found that thecandidate is not otherwise suitable for the post.X. The District Recruitment Committee, Murshidabad, as well as the AppointingAuthority also reserves the right to make any alteration / change / rectification in theFinal Panels, if it is subsequently found and detected that due to bonafide arithmeticalor clerical mistake, if any, the name of any candidate has been erroneously insertedin the Final Panels.XI.
