OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT JUDGE, MURSHIDABAD.NOTICEThe FINAL PANELS of successful candidates as published on 02.07.2012 &11.07.2012 and appointment of candidates to that effect shall abide by the norms, terms& conditions as resolved by the District Recruitment Committee, Murshidabad, as under :-I. The Final Panels consist of the names of successful candidates strictly in order ofmerit maintaining the ratio 2 : 1 between the number of successful candidates and thenumber of vacancies subject to availability of successful candidates – thereby makingit implied that the names of the candidates included in the Panels serially in excess ofthe number of vacancies are Wait Listed Candidates.II. Mere empanelment of the names of candidates in excess of the declared vacancies interms of Notification No. 6256-RG dated 06.07.2011 of Hon’ble High Court,Calcutta, will not automatically create any right of appointment.III. Appointments of the selected candidates from the above panels in order of merit willbe strictly made in accordance with the vacancy positions published in theEmployment Notification No. 6256-RG dated 06.07.2011. That means no alterationof vacant posts, already declared, will be made.IV.The Panels shall remain valid for one year from the date of publication in theWebsite of Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta or till all the vacancies are filled up by thesuccessful candidates of the respective Panels, which ever is earlier.V. The selected candidates shall be appointed purely on temporary basis in terms of theWest Bengal Service (Appointment, Probation & Confirmation) Rules, 1979.VI. The selected candidates, whose mother-tongue is not Bengali, is required to passBengali in Departmental Examination in terms of the Advertisement underNotification No. 6256-RG dated 06.07.2011 and in case of failure, they shall beterminated from the post.VII. The successful candidates are required to collect their Police Verification Form and tore-submit the same after duly filling up all the columns therein within the period from24.07.2012 to 31.07.2012 at the Office of District Judge, Murshidabad. It is hereby made clearthat in such event, any prayer of the candidate treated to be unwilling to join the postfor the above reason, for reconsidering his / her candidature as successful candidatewill not be entertained.VIII. The date(s) & place for undergoing Medical Fitness Examination of the candidateswill be notified shortly.IX. The candidates whose names appear in the Final Panels shall not have any right toclaim the post merely on the ground that their names have been published in thecategory of successful candidates. The District Recruitment Committee,Murshidabad, as well as the Appointing Authority reserves the right to de-list thename of any candidate from the Final Panel(s), if it is subsequently found that thecandidate is not otherwise suitable for the post.X. The District Recruitment Committee, Murshidabad, as well as the AppointingAuthority also reserves the right to make any alteration / change / rectification in theFinal Panels, if it is subsequently found and detected that due to bonafide arithmeticalor clerical mistake, if any, the name of any candidate has been erroneously insertedin the Final Panels.XI.
