4. Online live tracking software (Two choices) 

(1) You can choose to use our online live tracking software. It’s B/S edition. You 

do not need to download and install the software. The server is at our clients 

SILICON VALLEY in Hong Kong and the UK. Our customers from anywhere in the 

world can log-in our online live tracking platform to check and manage their 

vehicles from whatever location or platform with INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. We 

can create an administrator account for you, so you can easily manage your own 

vehicle while we can maintain oversight assisting you for the first 12 months for 

effective performance. You also can create a master account for your senior 

member of staffs, and they can manage your fleets and other end users. 

About the fee for online tracking platform, you also have two choices: 

A: It's one off setup including software for GH2500. For the first year it will cost 

you GH50 per vehicle UNDER 10 UNITS monthly, from the second year, you will 

pay GH40 and the higher the fleet the cheaper it will cost you online to manage. 

B: We may charge you if you require administrative support in printing your 

reports into folders and electronics digital copy and auditing your vehicles 

monthly which we can determine base on the amount of vehicles you have in 

your fleet.
