The INFiNiPower
Traction Unit
INFiNiPower is a visually striking machine
available with an all new dual power source -
Hybrid Engine/Generator Power system or Battery
Power to reduce noise and improve fuel efficiency.
The Engine/Generator Power system incorporates a
1.5kw generator, coupled to a Honda GX-120 engine,
to deliver a continuous 48V supply to both the traction
drive and cassette’s DC Brushless motors.
The ergonomic, easily adjustable, handle allows for
configuration to a comfortable operating position
where the operator will find the controls simple to
operate. In addition, the collection bucket is mounted
on the traction unit frame to limit the weight transfer
to the cassette, to give a more consistent height of cut
during operation. In all, the unit is optimally balanced
during operation and end of line turning.
The INFiNiPower variable clip rate and forward speed
adjustment system* results in a ‘no compromise’
solution to greens turf maintenance. It is as happy
cutting at ultra low heights of cut with the SMARTCut
cassette as it is at verticutting at depth with the
THATCHMaster or smoothing your greens with the
patented SMARTVibe Cassette.
Designed for ease of maintenance, each of the main sub
assemblies can be removed independently negating the
need for full unit disassembly. Fully sealed connectors
are used as standard in areas susceptible to water
ingress when washing.

Wrenchless height adjuster
The patented “Wrenchless Height Adjuster” has become the
industry benchmark for this type of application.
Three different forward speeds available, for user selection
independent of the reel speed - medium and low speed will
provide users with higher clip rates.
High speed - For cutting, light Ultra-Grooming, light
Verticutting, Vibration rolling, Sarel rolling, Starspiking,
Vibration, Static and Rotary brushing.
Medium speed - For medium depth Verticutting, medium
depth Ultra-Grooming, medium Scarifying and Vibration rolling
(to give faster ball velocity roll than on High forward speed
setting).
Low speed - For heavy Scarifying and heavy Verticutting.

1. THATCHMaster Cassette
The THATCHMaster Cassette is used to prevent
thatch accumulation and cut through stolons and
rhizomes in fine turf. Regular use will improve surface
texture especially when used in conjunction with light
top-dressing.
The carbide tipped blades are spaced at 10mm centres
and manufactured from 2mm thick tungsten.
2. Ultra Groomer Cassette
The Ultra Groomer Cassette has over 80, 1.3mm
tungsten carbide tipped blades spaced at only 5mm
apart to ensure that greens are maintained in the
best possible condition. With regular use it is the preeminent
solution to help minimize puffiness in both
high density Creeping Bent and Bermuda grasses by
reducing ‘scalping’ and ‘foot-printing’ that plagues
these new grasses. It will also remove unsightly seed
heads in Poa annua turf with minimal fuss.
On newly established greens it can help reduce the
ingress of Poa annua by “grabbing” individual Poa
plants before they get a chance to take hold.

3. Scarifier Cassette
The Scarifier Cassette is the obvious choice for those
greens that already have thatch at depth. The 5 tipped
1.6mm super tough blades work at depths of 15mm
and are spaced at 40mm. The brush spacers ensure
thorough clean-up and effective throwing of the
removed thatch into the grass catchers. Consecutive use
in multiple directions will still result in minimal surface
disruption.
4. Rotary Power Brush Cassette
The formation of the Power Rotary Brush Cassette
ensures collection of debris is focused evenly
throughout the entire length of the grass catcher,
thereby maximizing the available volume.
It’s very effective at collecting surplus top-dressing;
stones thrown from bunkers prior to cutting and leaf
debris. The bristles are made from high quality nylon
resulting in a durable brush with “flex memory”.

5. Sarel Roller Cassette
Regular use of the Sarel Roller Cassette prevents
surface sealing that continual rolling, and the effects
of air-born silt, creates on fine turf. This can lead to
decreased infiltration rates and a reduction in gas
exchange between the atmosphere and the rootzone
upper horizon.
It can be used up to 25mm (1”) depth, and is also an
excellent tool for use after top-dressing to help integrate
the sand into the turf canopy.
6. Star Spiker Cassette
The Star Spiker Cassette is an alternative method of
reducing surface sealing but uses the same principles as
the Sarel roller. It is for those Turf Managers who prefer
an elongated form as opposed to a circular pattern.
It also makes for a fast and cost effective aerator
allowing the triplex to operate at transport speed.
Aeration is great for increasing surface soil temperature
at the start of the season and bringing turf out of
dormancy sooner.

7. SMARTVibe Cassette
The patented Vibration Cassette is the only integrated
vibratory cassette in the world. With an operating
frequency of 83Hz transferred through two 60mm
diameter rollers, there is no better method of achieving
fast, true putting surfaces.
7a. SMARTVibe Cassette Brush
Efficient integration of sand top-dressing deep in to
the turf canopy is easily achieved with the optional
Vibration Cassette Brush - even if the top-dressing
sand is damp. Attaching the brush aids integration
by brushing simultaneously while vibratory rolling.
The Brush can also be used without vibration thereby
making it perform as a static brush.
8. Static Top Dressing Brush Cassette
The Static Top Dressing Brush Cassette is an
extremely effective method of working sand into your
greens. Running on four nylon rollers, it has a simple
method of adjusting the pressure exerted on the
green, and is equally at home working in heavy or light
dressings.

9. SMARTCut Cassette
Designed for both Tees and Greens the SMARTCut
Cutting Cassette offers unrivalled versatility and ease
of maintenance with a bedknife adjustment to a fixed
position cylinder to achieve consistency and quality
of cut. 7 and 11 blade options are available to give a
cutting height range of 1.6mm to 25mm (0.06in to 1in),
all of which provide superb results in all situations.
9a. SMARTCut Cassette with
Groomer
The optional Groomer attachment can be installed and
removed in rapid fashion. It has a fully sealed gearbox
and is designed for single lever action to give simple
engagement or disengagement. The Groomer contra
rotates to achieve the maximum effect in alleviating
grain and turf density problems.

The SMARTVibe
vibration method
explained
The SMARTVibe vibration method works by generating vibration
through offset weights placed on a rotating shaft.
As the shaft rotates, energy is transferred back and forth from one
side of the shaft to the other; it is this alternating shift in weight that
creates the vibration.
Generating a vibration frequency of approx 83Hz, the SMARTVibe
solution transmits this frequency through two rollers to make sure
there is no chance of corrugation occurring on the green surface.
