Pr<strong>of</strong>ile <strong>of</strong> the service provider - it should:- be able <strong>to</strong> take over the shooting <strong>of</strong> relevant pho<strong>to</strong>graphs following the predefined s<strong>to</strong>ries and audiovisualidentity,- should give creative input <strong>to</strong> the overall pho<strong>to</strong> shooting,- provide the technical equipment needed <strong>for</strong> the shooting and editing including cameras, etc.- provide adequate lightening systems including camera light as well as any additional light equipmentdeemed necessary.4. Costs:- The contract <strong>to</strong> be awarded <strong>to</strong> the selected service provider shall be concluded on the basis <strong>of</strong> alump sum <strong>for</strong> the pho<strong>to</strong> production as described above. VAT should be included.- Travel and accommodation costs during field trips should be included in the lump sum.- Maximum allocation: 15.000€ + VAT- The payment will be done in two instalments: the first instalment <strong>of</strong> a maximum 7500Eurowill be transferred after the preparation phase and first two shootings; the remaining moneywill be transferred in a second instalment when the edited pho<strong>to</strong>graphs have been delivered.5. Conditions <strong>to</strong> be respected during the contracting periodThe service provider will work in permanent contact with INTERACT Point Valencia staff.The in<strong>for</strong>mation collected and analysed is subject <strong>to</strong> a data privacy clause. Upon delivery <strong>of</strong> the pho<strong>to</strong>materials, all records shall pass in<strong>to</strong> the exclusive ownership <strong>of</strong> the INTERACT Programme, includingall use and distribution rights connected <strong>to</strong> this.6.
