These financial statements are the responsibility <strong>of</strong> themanagement <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong>. Our responsibility is to express an opinionon these financial statements based on our audit.We conducted our audit in accordance with generally acceptedauditing standards. Those standards require that we plan andperform an audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether thefinancial statements are free <strong>of</strong> material misstatement. An auditincludes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting theamounts and disclosures in the financial statements.
