We would like to thank all of the many students and parents that have signed up to help take on this fun filled evening. Council has approved to allocate funds raised from our various initiatives towards renting some bouncy castle/ slides. Various games are being set up, we look forward to having a visit from our local fire department. Don’t forget to sign up to sing some karaoke and maybe even get your face painted. Upcoming Council Events: Pizza Lunches – June 1st & 15th Hot Dog Lunches – June 22nd Annual Parents Reaching Out Grant: This year we are putting together a joint proposal with Sixteenth Avenue and Roselawn Public Schools. If approved we would receive a grant from the Ministry of Education to provide information session evenings to parents and caregivers of our community on topics such as: Equity, Diversity, Inclusivity - Positive Parenting & School Culture/Climate LORAX Family Movie Night: June 20th - Last family movie night for this school year. We hope everyone can come out and enjoy this last movie. Thank you to all our volunteers. No matter how much time, every minute counts. After all, without you none of these initiatives would be possible. HOT LUNCH PROGRAM !!! We are currently looking for people that would be able to take on the responsibility of running our Hot Dog Lunch program for the 2012-2013 school year. To get more information on how you might be able to keep this program running next year, please contact us as soon as possible.
