The issue of equal opportunities is a standing item on the agenda ofthe ‘standardisation’ meetings, held approximately every 12 weeks, and any issuesarising from candidate’s experiences are regularly monitored and reviewed at thesemeetings.Statistics arising from our equal opportunities monitoring are compiled for theCompany’s Board and external verification purposes.
