ARRIVAL & DISMISSALCampers attending Briarcamp must check-in with counselors each day.Parents or persons allowed to pick-up campers must sign-out withcounselor in accordance with Dept. of Education.ELECTRONICSAll e-readers, DSIs and hand held games may be used only at supervisedtimes each day. This will be determined by the counselor ineach grade. No 3G/4G devices are allowed other than cell phones.Cell phones may be used only for communicating with parents. Phonesshould not be used for calling or texting friends.LOST & FOUNDPlease label all items: clothing, towels, lunch boxes, water bottles,backpacks, camp T-shirts, etc. Please for check your child’s belongingsat the end of each day. Any items that are not claimed at the end ofcamp will be taken to Goodwill.YOUNGER CAMPERSEach day, Pre K, Jr. K and Sr. K campers should wear their swim suitwith cover –up and sunscreen to camp if arrival time is before 10:30a.m.Campers will play in wading pools each morning, weather permitting.Don’t forget to send a change of clothes and shoes to wear the remainderof the day!We’re busy all day, every day, with centers, fun activities, games, andarts and crafts. See “daily schedule” for approximate times and generalactivities.Please remember to take wet towels and swimsuits home each day anddon’t forget to label everything!Each camper will need:• 2” Mat• Small blanket (cover for child) and beach towel (cover for mat) forrest time• Two Piece bathing suits are suggested for our little girls• Extra change of clothing, labeled in a Zip-lock bag• Towel, swim wear, sunscreen, “water’’ shoes (for usein wading pools each day, weather permitting)• Please send “spray” sunscreen for extra protection during the day.LUNCH/SNACKSCampers bring a sack lunch and drink.
