Artisan has the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink.All decisions are final. Replacement of the sink does not include removal of the defective sink orinstallation of the replacement.Artisan extends through its partnership a lifetime guarantee that the LustreGarde metal will not delaminatefrom the substrate. When installed and cared for properly the LustreGarde will not chip,flake or peel under normal usage. Certain foods and acids may cause color changes in the finish and isnot covered under the warranty. The Artisan Fleur-de-lis Sink Collection has the same aging qualitiesas real metal and needs to be cared for as such.Artisan shall not be liable in case of:• improper installation or modification of an Artisan sink• Damages resulting from abuse including dents resulting from impact of dropped objects• Damages resulting from improper care or maintenance• normal use including scuffs or scratches• improper use (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals or cleaning compounds)• Commercial use• Damage resulting from negligence, misuse and or accident during and after installation• Defects resulting from any modification or improper usage/installation• Changes or damages to the finishDisclaimers.
