Artisan has the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink.All decisions are final. Replacement of the sink does not include removal of the defective sink orinstallation of the replacement.Artisan extends through its partnership a lifetime guarantee that the LustreGarde metal will not delaminatefrom the substrate. When installed and cared for properly the LustreGarde will not chip,flake or peel under normal usage. Certain foods and acids may cause color changes in the finish and isnot covered under the warranty.
