<strong>Case</strong> <strong>Study</strong> <strong>–</strong> <strong>Enjoy</strong> <strong>Car</strong> <strong>Hire</strong>The Challenge<strong>Enjoy</strong> <strong>Car</strong> <strong>Hire</strong>, a UK based online car hire broker known for “thinking outside of the box”, wanted to boost their bottom line. Theexisting process was simple, getting the best rates for their customers and offering optional insurances to suit their customersneeds. <strong>Enjoy</strong> wanted a new revenue stream through ancillary products and the most complete travel package.The Solution<strong>Enjoy</strong> decided to add a new extra to their shopping cart: real-time guidebooks. <strong>Enjoy</strong> offered entrance to the guidebook-generatingplatform for just a few pounds via the companies shopping cart. Each customer who purchased would be able to download up to10 guidebooks.Payment for the car hire, extra insurances and the entrance to the guidebook-generating platform were to be collected by <strong>Enjoy</strong> atthe time of sale.
