ten (10) days of the transfer or other action. The failure of the corporatelicense holder to comply with this provision shall be grounds for revocationof the license held. This paragraph does not apply to clerks, or tocorporations whose stock is publicly held and listed and traded by thepublic on a recognized stock exchange, except with respect to thoseprovisions dealing with local managers and local managing agents.4.09 Combinations of Licenses. The following licenses shall not beapproved:(a) No bottle club permit shall be approved for an establishment that hasbeen issued an on-sale or a combination on-and-off sale intoxicating liquorlicense.(b) No on-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license is necessary if anestablishment has been issued an on-sale or a combination on-and-offsale intoxicating liquor license or an on-sale intoxicating malt liquorlicense.(c) No off-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license is necessary if anestablishment has been issued an off-sale or a combination on-and-offsale intoxicating liquor license.(d) No seasonal off-sale intoxicating liquor license shall be approved.(e) No wine license is necessary if an establishment has been issued anon-sale intoxicating liquor license.4.10 Inspection of Licensed Premises. All premises licensed under theprovisions of this Ordinance shall be open to inspection by any lawenforcement or health officer or any other properly designated officer oremployee of the <strong>County</strong> or <strong>St</strong>ate at any time during which the place solicensed shall be open to the public for business or shall appear to beoperating in violation of law.4.11 Employment of Minors. No establishment having an on-sale licenseshall employ any person under eighteen (18) years of age in any of therooms constituting the place in which liquor is sold, except that personsunder eighteen (18) years of age may be employed as musicians or toperform the duties of a busser or dishwashing services in restaurantsserving food where alcohol is sold, provided further that no such personunder eighteen (18) years of age shall be permitted to perform anyservices behind a bar. Persons under eighteen (18) years of age may beemployed as waiters or waitresses in places defined as a restaurant toserve food in rooms in which only wine is sold on-sale, provided they shallnot be permitted to serve or sell wine.6
