ASFA Annual Convention of Delegates ReportRules Changes Proposed:• Proposal #1a –to convert the Single Stake into a Regular stake, leading toTCP and CPX titles--passed.• Proposal #1b –to prohibit hounds in the Limited stake from winning titlesthrough the Single Stake--passed.• Proposal #1c –to award the Coursing Instinct Certificate from the Singlestake--failed.• Proposal #1d –to award the Single Courser Excellent from the Singlestake--failed.• Proposal # 2: to allow a person to judge the same breed or breeds alone ontwo consecutive days within a 150-mile radius--failed.(Note: this issue was referred back to REC, to consider a rule change proposalthat would allow Regional Directors to allow clubs to use the same judgeunder these circumstances.)
