I became famous because I kept a diary, which hassince been published. It was never supposed to be made public because itcontained very personal information. It can now be read online, plus many ofthe letters I wrote home to my wife.A correct answer was received from Dr P.A.It was Ralph Clarke 1755 ~ 1794 and his vegie patch is now known as ClarkeIsland in Sydney Harbour.On 23 June 1784 he married Betsy Alicia, their son, Ralph Stuart, was bornon 23 August 1785. Anxious for promotion, Clark volunteered for duty atBotany Bay.
