He has been engaging teams toexplore their creative mind and help them re-discover their potential.He along with Shouvik Roy is the co-creator of ‘Elephant SoundSense’ as well as Anthems, aunique music based key note speaking module for organisations besides developing productslike Sonic Branding.With a decade of experience as a maritime marketing professional and over three decades ofactive musicianship, Anupam has successfully worked with more than 40 companies in India andAsia Pacific that includes the ‘Fortune 500 companies’.His path breaking workshop modules take participants through an exciting and an interactivejourney of co-creating an organisational anthem. Some of the key outcomes are emotionalawareness, awareness of values and principals, ‘Can I’ to ‘I can’ shift, emotional resilience,re-establishing connect with self – team – system, aligning team with individual andorganisational purpose. Anupam is a thought leader, key note speaker, facilitator, music educator,trained Coach and has done a foundation programme in Neuro Linguistic Programming.One of the modules has been covered as an international case study by the ‘Audio BrandingJournal’, Germany and has been recognised by the ‘Limca Book of Records’ as first of its kind inIndia.He is a recipient of ‘Editor’s Choice Award’ from the International Library of Poetry. Besides hehas been in the top 12 in India at the Levi’s Great Indian Rock in 2002 and a national finalist in1996. He has produced music for over 50 animation films, documentaries, short films, featurefilm besides 200 original rhymes for children.Anupam is an accomplished blues guitar player in India and has been playing since 1980. He isthe founder of the bands LSD – Love Sacrifice and Divinity and Wise Guy in 1980’s, Mahakaalin 1990’s and The Karmic Circle in 2002.
