The <strong>CFF</strong>, CustomerFixed Frame version is designed fordedicated silos that are always usedfor outloading materials intocontainers.The container trailer isreversed up to the <strong>FulFiller</strong> beforeconnections are made and theloading commences.For variable container / trailer heights,an optional lift can be supplied toadjust the thrower height.Mis alignment of the <strong>Container</strong> and<strong>FulFiller</strong> can be prevented by useof an optional turntable.The use of ISO containers for shippingbulk products is widespread <strong>–</strong>typical industries are polyolefinplants,sugar refiners / shippers, the grain andsoya industries and chemical plants.The <strong>FulFiller</strong> <strong>CFF</strong> comprises threemain parts:The belt thrower assemblycomprising drive, main pulleysand idlers, throwing belt, inlethopper and product baffle,outlet section and liner inflationfan. Product contact partsaresupplied in stainless steel orfood grade rubber; other partsare painted carbon steel.The controlsystem comprisingmain panel containing allnecessary power and controlcircuits, and Siemens PLCthree phase power socket forancillary equipment. A fitted10 m cable and plug allowspower connection to a local3 phase supply.A carbon steel painted heavydutyframe complete withaccess platform and railingsupplied to match yourrequired height.The <strong>FulFiller</strong> uses a throwing belt thatis supported on two rollers and rotatesat high speed. The material beingloaded falls onto the belt, is acceleratedthrough 90° and thrown from the loaderinto the container. The throwing actiondoes not damage the material and isthere fore ideal for all pellets and granules.

Particles should ideallybe homo-geneous and in the range of 1 <strong>–</strong> 25mm.Bulk density of the product should lie withinthe range 400 <strong>–</strong> 1200 kg/m3. Very dusty productswill not be loaded satisfactorily.Typical products are plastic pellets, refined sugar,grains, soya beans, animal meal (pellets), woodchips / pellets, rice, clay pellets.Special RequirementsFor special applications, the <strong>FulFiller</strong> can beadapted. Please contact us to discuss applicationswhere the standard product may not be suitable.
