Power and Associates 2012 Full Service Investor Satisfaction StudyFor the sixth year out of the pasteight, financial-services firmEdward Jones ranks highest ininvestor satisfaction with fullservice brokerage firms, accordingto the J.D. Power and Associates2012 Full Service InvestorSatisfaction Study.The study measures overall investor satisfactionwith full service investment firms basedon seven factors: investment advisor, investmentperformance, account information, accountofferings, commissions and fees, website andproblem resolution.Edward Jones places its branch officesin the communities where its clients - longtermindividual investors - live and work. Thispractice, which enables its branch teams toprovide personalized service to all clients, hashelped the firm attain the highest score in the"Investment Advisor" category of the study."We are gratified that our clients find itconvenient to work with us on their long-termfinancial goals," Ron Warden said.
