Eyes closed or 1/10th open
Mantra:
Ek Ong Kar
Sat Gur Prasad
Sat Gur Prasad
Ek Ong Kar
Mudra:
grasp the knees firmly with the hands
chest & spine lifted
Wave-like motion of tension & relaxation in torso:
pull the navel point on Ek
release on Kar
diaphragm lock with Sat & Gur
release on Prasad
Time: work up to 11-62 minutes
Translation: There is one Creator of all Creation. All is a blessing
of the One Creator. This realization comes through Guru's Grace.
Ek Ong Kar God and We are One
Sat Gur Prasad I know this by the Grace of the True Guru

Yogi Bhajan referred to this mantra as the "Eyes of Indra", saying
that the body is a temple through which one experiences the
Infinite--all knowledge and bliss flow through you. It brings great
intuition.

Chant Mangala Charn mantra: Ad Guray Namay, Jugad Guray
Namay, Sat Guray Namay, Siri Guru Devay Namay before it to
put you into a sacred space.
Chant it with reverence. Afterwards, do not do or say anything
negative because everything is amplified-project positively.
This Mantra removes negativity. It takes thought and reverses it to
come out positive.
A thought rides into your consciousness to be processed with "Ek
Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad,"
and comes out pure with, "Sat Gur Prasad Ek Ong Kar."
