Players willmove from Level 2 to Level 1 once they have won a certainnumber of matches at their rating or better (monthly process).Mixed gender matches will count at Red, Orange andGreen. Doubles matches will count towards playedmatches but not the wins total.If players reach Red level 1, they will automatically moveto Orange level 4.4UNDER 8YearsIf they reach Orange level 1, they will move to Greenlevel 2 at the correct age. If they reach Green level 1,they will move to a 9.2 rating at the correct age.Mini Tennis RatingsMini Tennis is a great way for those under 10 to take their first steps in tennis. As well as being fun and exciting,you will practice many of the same skills that the top professionals work on every day. Mini Tennis gives you the chanceto compete against players of a similar standard in local competitions. You can easily measure your tennis ability so youcan see how you are improving and when you get a rating you are starting on the same pathway as Andy Murray!
